Members-only private club in the Eastern Ghats blends golf, nature, tribal heritage and wellness experiences across the Odisha-Andhra Pradesh border.
DreamFolks Services Limited, best known for its travel and lifestyle experience offerings, has entered the experiential hospitality space with the launch of DreamFolks Club Nagavalli Wilderness Estate, a members-only private club located in the Eastern Ghats along the Odisha-Andhra Pradesh border. The launch marks the debut of the company’s private club platform and reflects a broader shift among luxury travellers towards immersive, destination-led experiences.
Spread across approximately 30 acres, including a 25-acre golf course, the estate has been designed to combine golf, wellness, outdoor adventure and cultural immersion within a natural wilderness setting. Situated amid the Eastern Ghats, the property offers a distinctive proposition that moves beyond traditional luxury hospitality by incorporating local heritage, indigenous traditions and nature-based experiences into its core offering.
One of the estate’s most distinctive attractions is its location around the Nagavalli River, which forms the boundary between Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. The golf course spans the two-state landscape, allowing golfers to tee off from the Odisha side and watch their shots land in Andhra Pradesh, creating a rare cross-state golfing experience that the company believes will differentiate the destination in the premium leisure market.
Beyond golf, the estate aims to introduce guests to the rich cultural and ecological heritage of the region. Members can participate in nature-based activities and outdoor adventures, interact with local tribal communities, witness traditional performances, explore indigenous art and craft traditions, and experience regional cuisine rooted in the culinary traditions of the Eastern Ghats.
The launch reflects a growing trend in luxury tourism where travellers increasingly prioritise authentic experiences, sustainability and deeper engagement with local communities over conventional hospitality offerings. Industry analysts note that experiential travel is becoming one of the fastest-growing segments within the premium tourism market, particularly among affluent domestic travellers seeking unique and meaningful journeys.
The estate features 37 cottages, including 20 luxury cottages and 17 eco cottages, set amidst natural landscapes. Amenities include a spa, outdoor swimming pool, multicuisine restaurant serving local and international dishes, and a function hall accommodating 50 to 75 guests, making it suitable for intimate gatherings and curated events.
Liberatha Kallat, Founder, Chairperson and Managing Director of DreamFolks Services Limited, described the launch as a new chapter for the company. She said the estate represents the belief that modern luxury is increasingly defined by experiences that are meaningful, rare and deeply connected to their surroundings.
For DreamFolks, the venture represents a strategic diversification beyond its core travel services business into destination-based hospitality and leisure experiences. As consumer preferences continue to evolve towards curated luxury and experiential travel, Nagavalli Wilderness Estate positions the company at the intersection of hospitality, wellness, adventure and cultural tourism.
