The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the opening of Ginger Goa, Arpora, further expanding the footprint of its fast-growing Ginger brand in one of India’s most sought-after leisure destinations. Located in North Goa, the new hotel features 77 rooms and is designed around Ginger’s “lean luxe” philosophy, offering contemporary interiors, vibrant social spaces, and modern amenities for today’s travellers.

The new property has been developed to cater to the increasing demand for quality accommodation in North Goa, a region that continues to attract domestic and international tourists throughout the year. Guests can enjoy dining at Qmin, Ginger’s signature all-day restaurant, as well as a pool café and bar designed to provide a relaxed and social atmosphere.

In addition to accommodation and dining, the hotel offers banqueting facilities and outdoor lawn spaces that can host corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and celebrations. These facilities position the hotel as a versatile venue for both leisure and event-driven travel.

Commenting on the launch, Deepika Rao, Executive Vice President, Select Service Business, IHCL, said, “The opening of Ginger Goa, Arpora strengthens IHCL’s presence in the state. Reflecting Ginger’s lean luxe philosophy, the hotel offers contemporary design, vibrant social spaces and the comfort and convenience that today’s travellers seek.”

Situated in Arpora, the hotel offers convenient access to some of Goa’s most popular attractions, including Fort Aguada, Miramar Beach, Sinquerim Beach, and Anjuna Hillpoint, making it an attractive option for travellers looking to explore the region’s cultural and coastal offerings.

The opening is part of IHCL’s broader strategy to expand its select-service portfolio across key business and leisure destinations in India. With tourism demand in Goa remaining strong, the addition of Ginger Goa, Arpora further strengthens the company’s position in the state and enhances travel options for guests seeking contemporary, value-driven hospitality experiences.
