Radisson Partners with Accenture to Launch AI-Powered Hotel Discovery App in ChatGPT

New conversational travel tool allows guests to search, compare and discover more than 1,000 Radisson hotels worldwide through ChatGPT.

Radisson Hotel Group has partnered with Accenture to introduce an AI-powered hotel discovery application within ChatGPT, marking a significant step in the hospitality company’s digital transformation journey. The new tool, available as @RadissonHotels in ChatGPT, enables travellers to discover, compare and plan hotel stays through natural-language conversations.

The application allows users to search across more than 1,000 Radisson properties in over 100 countries, making hotel discovery more intuitive and personalised. Travellers can ask conversational questions such as recommendations for a family-friendly getaway, hotels with specific amenities, or accommodations located near key attractions. The system then provides relevant options along with live rates, room availability, hotel details, amenities and interactive map-based information. Guests are subsequently directed to the official Radisson Hotels website to complete their bookings.

The initiative forms part of Radisson Hotel Group’s broader agentic commerce strategy, which aims to engage travellers earlier in the decision-making process through AI-driven discovery and planning. According to the company, traveller behaviour is increasingly shifting towards conversational AI platforms for trip planning and research, creating new opportunities for hospitality brands to interact with guests.

Commenting on the launch, Gianni Di Fede, Chief Commercial Officer, Radisson Hotel Group, said that artificial intelligence is fundamentally transforming the way people search for and book travel experiences. He noted that the collaboration with Accenture aims to simplify hotel discovery while helping guests find, compare and book Radisson properties more efficiently.

The platform was developed using tools from Accenture’s AI Merchant Center, which prepares hotel content, rate information and inventory for AI-driven discovery. Future enhancements are expected to include loyalty programme integration, reservation management, trip modifications and additional concierge-style services.

The launch reflects a growing trend within the travel industry as hotel companies explore AI-powered customer engagement channels. According to Accenture Consumer Pulse Research, 87 per cent of travellers are open to using AI-powered travel assistants, while 71 per cent expect AI to influence a significant portion of their travel purchasing decisions over the next year.

With the new ChatGPT integration, Radisson Hotel Group is positioning itself at the forefront of AI-enabled travel discovery, offering guests a faster and more personalised way to explore accommodation options worldwide.
