71-key property near India Expo Centre aims to blend hospitality, events and business travel under one integrated destination.

With India’s wedding, events and MICE sectors witnessing sustained growth, Tivoli Hospitality Group is set to strengthen its presence in the National Capital Region with the opening of Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli in Greater Noida on November 15, 2026. The new property has expanded its planned inventory from 60 to 71 rooms and is being positioned as a comprehensive hospitality destination catering to weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, leisure travellers and residential conferences.

Strategically located in Knowledge Park II, close to the India Expo Centre & Mart, the project reflects Tivoli’s growing focus on destinations that combine accommodation with large-scale event infrastructure. Industry experts note that Greater Noida has emerged as one of North India’s most important hubs for trade exhibitions, corporate conventions and destination weddings, creating strong demand for integrated hospitality facilities.

The property’s event infrastructure is among its key attractions. Guests and event organisers will have access to three indoor venues, including the 17,000 sq. ft. Glass House with capacity for 500 guests, the 12,000 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom accommodating 400 guests and the 10,000 sq. ft. Regalia Hall for up to 350 attendees. Outdoor facilities include a sprawling 50,000 sq. ft. lawn capable of hosting 1,500 guests and an 8,000 sq. ft. poolside venue designed for more intimate functions.

According to Akshay Gupta,, Executive Director, Tivoli Hospitality Group, the vision behind Aarunya is to create a destination where guests can stay, celebrate, unwind and connect in one location. He noted that the expansion of room inventory and event facilities will enable the property to serve a diverse mix of weddings, family celebrations, leisure stays and corporate gatherings.

The development is also expected to benefit from exhibition-driven demand generated by the India Expo Centre & Mart, one of the country’s leading venues for trade fairs and business events. Tivoli executives believe the property’s proximity to the exhibition complex will help attract exhibitors, delegates, corporate groups and business travellers seeking accommodation combined with meeting and event facilities.

The project marks the next phase of an expansion strategy announced earlier this year when Tivoli unveiled plans for Aarunya as a luxury hotel and event destination capable of hosting large-scale social and corporate gatherings. The property has evolved from its original 60-room concept into a larger hospitality offering designed to address growing demand in the NCR market.

Sustainability measures, including energy-efficient systems, water conservation initiatives, responsible waste management and environmentally conscious landscaping, have also been incorporated into the development blueprint.

Aarunya Club & Convention forms part of Tivoli Hospitality Group’s broader growth plans across Delhi NCR and North India. The company currently operates 15 hospitality assets and has 10 additional projects under development and planning, underscoring its ambitions to expand beyond its traditional banquet and wedding business into integrated hospitality and convention destinations.
