Wyndham Brings Vienna House Brand to India, Signs First Hotel in Vrindavan

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts will introduce its Vienna House brand in India through the 100-room Vienna House Easy Vrindavan, scheduled to open in 2029.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is introducing its European lifestyle brand Vienna House to India with the signing of Vienna House Easy Vrindavan, a 100-room hotel expected to open in 2029. The project will mark the brand’s debut in the country and comes as Vrindavan continues to attract growing numbers of pilgrims and leisure travellers.

The upcoming four-star hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, rooftop infinity pool, banquet facilities and a vegetarian dining experience inspired by local flavours and traditions. Located close to major attractions such as Banke Bihari Temple, Prem Mandir and ISKCON Vrindavan, the property is expected to cater to both spiritual and leisure travellers.

Commenting on the launch, Rahool Macarius, Market Managing Director, Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said the company sees an opportunity to bring Vienna House’s design-led hospitality experience to destinations like Vrindavan, where demand is expanding beyond traditional pilgrimage travel.

The signing is another step in Wyndham’s India growth strategy. The hospitality company currently operates 96 hotels across the country and has more than 50 properties in its development pipeline, making India one of its key expansion markets.
