Accor has expanded its India development pipeline through a new hospitality project near Bengaluru Airport, bringing together its premium Pullman and economy ibis brands in a single destination.

Accor has announced plans for a major new hospitality development in North Bengaluru, signing an agreement to introduce both Pullman Bengaluru Airport and ibis Bengaluru Airport as part of an integrated hotel complex. Together, the two properties will add 450 rooms to the city’s rapidly growing airport district when they open in 2032.

The project is designed to serve a broad mix of travellers, ranging from corporate guests and MICE delegates to airline crews, transit passengers, and leisure visitors. By combining two brands that cater to different market segments, Accor aims to create a hospitality destination capable of meeting a wide range of accommodation needs within a single campus.

North Bengaluru has emerged as one of India’s fastest-growing business and infrastructure hubs, supported by ongoing expansion in aviation, technology, logistics, aerospace, and commercial real estate. The area’s growth has increased demand for quality accommodation, particularly around the airport corridor, which continues to attract corporate and investment activity.

The development will include 200 rooms under the Pullman brand and 250 rooms under ibis. In addition to guest accommodation, the project will feature multiple dining venues, meeting and event facilities, wellness amenities, and recreational spaces. Pullman Bengaluru Airport will focus strongly on the meetings and events segment with approximately 1,500 square metres of event space, while ibis Bengaluru Airport will offer conference facilities tailored to value-conscious business travellers.

According to Ranju Alex, CEO, Accor South Asia, the project reflects the changing dynamics of Bengaluru’s airport ecosystem and the growing demand for hospitality offerings across different traveller segments.

The project is being developed in partnership with Manish Singhvi-led SLK Hotels & Resorts and represents another significant investment in Bengaluru’s expanding hospitality market.
